I started to give my 2 cents regularly in a local Volkswagen driver's club/forum in recent days, and was surprised by local dubbers' awareness of the presence of one another. Picture below was a screen capture of the conversation between myself and another dubber from Tai Po, accordingly he recalls my car without even knowing me!

Also for some of you's information the 25 yr-old Roadshow hostess Viann was spotted driving a black MK4 Golf with Hella smoked tails and 17" BBS RKIIs, I have seen her ride on Austin Rd., better if she would slam it on a set of nice coilovers!

在剛過的週日看罷電影《挪亞方舟驚世啟示》。在早陣子的一篇網誌裡我已經說明未有人可以一口咬定那一大座已變了化石的木材就是聖經中記載的挪亞方舟，所以我只是抱著看 Discovery Channel 的態度去看這齣電影，卻萬料不到我向來頗欣賞的影音使團今次竟然令我如此失望。請容我事先聲明本文所寫的純粹是小弟的個人感受，不認同愚見的煩請見諒，或乾脆當是一篇騙稿費的影評來看好了。

整齣電影有關挪亞方舟存在的論據大都是建基於 4000-10000 年前的一場滅世大洪水和數百個不同族裔在史書中對它不約而同的記載，若觀眾是有一定信仰基礎及受過栽培的基督徒，洪水滅世以及挪亞的事跡固然未容存疑，本片中所提出種種有關洪水的記載還算是有參考價值; 但對於未信的福音對象來說，本片提出的客觀證據，未免流於兒嬉並略嫌欠缺領人歸主的說服力。

首先，相信是制作及研究資源有限的緣故，有關人士在影片中所提出各族裔記載有大洪水曾經滅世的典故，並未有足夠理據去支持以下論調: 1) 那 6000 年間只有一場洪水 2) 是同一場洪水淹沒了日本沖繩海底城市遺跡以及片中提到的其他古蹟如中國三星堆遺址等等 3) 本片並嘗試以地球暖化兩極冰融來解釋洪水的來源，這理論是不是冒險了一點並且欠缺學術及信仰根據? 本人其實傾向相信以上所講都是真確的，但客觀點看，本片大膽地隨便作出結論反而會影響非信徒對於聖經真確性的印象。

另外，個人對於拍攝使團幹事及牧師二人登山的部分片段也未敢荀同，尤其對於片中用上如「上帝顯靈」等詞彙及言之鑿鑿的描述那山洞口有靈體守護著等等，個人認為是過火了，好像還嗅到一點異端的味道。最後，登山隊向山洞拋擲石塊然後得出懷疑那深不見底的空間就是挪亞方舟的結論，我提議大家一笑置之好了，根本犯不著去反駁。還是小弟教會文牧師散場後的教導說得發人深省，是真也好，是假也好，我們是否就因此而信/不信呢?

這齣電影也教我想到作為信徒，即使是福音媒體所傳遞的訊息，也需要懂得分辨是非，有懷疑便應立刻向導師教牧請教，切忌不理好醜，照單全收。

Forgot on which day of the week I was bored to death on my way home, so I bought a copy of Option Fans magazine at the Tsim Sha Tsui East KCR station, I don't normally buy this magazine as it covers mostly Japanese cars. But this rare encounter with it has gotten me some real good news, there is now a FK-automotive dealer in Hong Kong!!

Honestly I have never tried FK, but my brother has got some FK bits and bites on his Jetta and so far I haven't heard of any big complaints from him, therefore I have long wanted to give it a try. At first before I got that good deal on KW V2s, I was planning to get a set of FK coilovers shipped to HK from the UK, but I didn't really make up my mind to place the order with Awesome GTI. Even now, I don't really like my KWs that much, ride is harsh although it gives my Polo pretty good handling in corners.

Ok, now I found a dealer locally and I don't need coilovers anymore, so what's exactly in my mind? Angel Eyes!! Yes, FK makes those BMW-like headlights with the so-called Angel Eyes LED surroundings with projector housing, a necessary add-on for any Xenon HID conversion.

Oh my goodness I am getting "seafood hand" (an itchy arse...?!) to mod my car again, my poor wallet. But I see it this way, this is the kind of freedom you get when you don't have a woman around, so why not take advantage of it?!

昨天與皇帝結伴到南丫島行山去。與其說是行山，不如稱之為散步更貼切；相對於上次梧桐寨摸黑走碎石路，由榕樹灣至索罟灣那短短的一段羊腸小徑不是散步是甚麼? 說穿了還不是兩個無聊人走遠一點去飲飲食食罷了...

我向來喜歡將從別人的網誌讀到的文章搬到這裡來和大家分享，想是享受那剪剪貼貼的過程吧。今趟又是從【我的90年代】借來的，節錄自《取捨》一文:

【我的90年代】網主 missing.cm105 偶有神來之筆，有時僅聊聊數字，已給讀者很大的思考 (還是發獃+無病呻吟..?!) 空間。大家有空不妨到他那裡逛逛。

尋晚因為 Emma 生日，我返完團契之後上左耀華街 Gossip，join 埋阿偉、阿蔡、癲婆同佢慶祝。呢排大家唔知點解係鍾意玩硬野 (Whisky straight)，所以壽星女兩點未夠就醉到訓地，而我地點零鐘就好清醒咁走先。題外話，大家似乎對 Emma 個新男友都頗有微言...

識我既人都知道我唔多飲酒，我絕對唔抗拒去酒吧同朋友興鬆一下，但就對爛醉如泥興趣不大。基本上我唔太鍾意在人地面前失儀同失理智，完全滴酒不沾固然失禮人，但飲得劈得也不見得對我有咩益處。我咁耐以黎只係試過一次因某女孩狂飲至嘔吐不止，不過以後相信再無任何人可以令我重滔覆轍，有 D 野，一生人試過一次就夠。

如果上述幾位朋友起到身，聽日會去南丫島行山。阿媽老豆呢幾日飛左去享受陽光與海灘，我又點可以執輸呢?

Updated dermk4 BLoG from Serendipity 0.71 to 0.8 beta4 today, more closely resembling the outlook and features of Movable Type and Wordpress. I have also found that while Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari both did a good job displaying the new look of my blog, IE6 on the other hand is not even compatitble with some of the new HTML/CSS layouts.
