我們一家看到神蹟! 曾被醫生斷為腦幹死亡的祖母對說話有反應，手趾腳趾會動了!! 醫生終於肯為她止血。

感謝神... 也衷心感謝各位曾為她禱告的摰愛親朋。
這兩天我像瘋了般又哭又鬧又禱告，但原來只有憑信心的禱告才最有用!

This is truly a lesson of faith, I hope I am coming up with a passing grade.

While Grandma is fighting her battle with death, I am just fighting one with my own emotions....

Grandma, please wake up, we haven't got the chance to tell you how much we loved you, we haven't even hold enough of your hands, the lovely hands that have raised, protected us and kept us safe from every danger. You shaped our lives and made us who we are.

今早和 Cowboy 把他買給留院小童的玩具送到瑪嘉列去，期間和院牧寒喧了幾句，言談之間得知他們對日常工作用的電腦也有需求。或許金錢上我未必有能力給她們支持，但電腦嘛... 乍聽已經自覺義不容辭，便答應了在她們有需要的時候為這事張羅。硬件我沒擔心過，但我可負擔不起 Windows 和 Office 套裝，這兩套軟件足夠砌兩、三台初階電腦了。

這時候我想起了 Fedora。

Fedora 不是女孩子的名字，它是較具知名度的 Linux 發行套件之一，由 Fedora Porject 社群開發、Red Hat 公司贊助，目標是建立一套新穎、多功能並且自由（開放原始碼，簡單來說是免費）發放的作業系統。至於 office 套件，則打算求助於 Openoffice.org。OpenOffice.org 是一套開放原始碼的辦公軟體套裝，支援多種作業系統，包括 Microsoft Windows、Linux、Mac OS X、OpenVMS、IRIX、Solaris 等。通過 GNU 授權協議公開釋放，目的是透過提供免費、優質、開放的軟體，打破Microsoft Office的市場壟斷。雖然我對 Linux 的認識有限，但我早有後著，早已決定在必要時把老友粉皮拖下水了!

今晚無意中在 YouTube 周圍 click，先知道原來聖鬥士星矢首主題曲叫 "Pegasus Fantasy"，原唱者為 Make-Up。

今天部門主管走過來跟我說週四要給我做 appraisal，叮囑我預備一下。我的心情整天就是忐忑不安，經過之前的失望，我不曉得今次應該抱著怎樣的心情走進那房間...

Performed by 深崇詩班 today, a lovely hymn that makes one think. On one hand we reckon we want the love, peace and care and His lead; on the other, most of us still try to strike a silly balance between the heavenly route and our worldly needs.

We all know this balance doesn't exist, don't we?

轉眼間，一年一度的逆旅先鋒又開始接受報名。這是一個小弟近年很期待的一個活動，今年還差幾天和弟弟在香港補設的喜宴撞上，得知日期後馬上鬆一口氣! 它對於我來說，既是登山遠足，更是一次 retreat。我覺得它比團契 retreat 適合自己的原因是.... 首先它沒有排得密密麻麻的時間表，沒有一個接一個的工作坊，而過去兩年在山中度過的 8 小時，伴在身邊的都盡是好友，能夠在崎嶇山路和屬靈人生路上真正的互相扶持。這不斷前行的 8 小時，對自己來說，比隔靴搔癢的工作坊 refreshing 多了。

今年逆旅先鋒只設 4 和 16 小時組別，更大的挑戰、更多安靜的思想空間，我是去定的了，你呢?

A short while ago my mate Eric sent me this funny quote from Steve Jobs' keynote on OS X Leopard:

"One more thing... We've got a basic version that will cost $129, we've got a Premium Version which will cost $129..." [laughter and applause]

"We've got a business version! $129. Ultimate version! We're throwing everything into it, it's $129." [Can't even hear Steve, too much applause]

"We think everyone's going to buy the ultimate version."
