為某資訊通路商打工的苦與樂 一月 27. 2007


小弟近期在認真考慮我的工作前景，我喜歡我的工作，也為週圍沒多少辦工室政治而感到高興，只是覺得長遠 career path 沒獲得什麼保證，和部門主管傾談過也未有正面的答案。於旁觀者看來，作為為全球第三大、亞洲第一大高科技通路商，敝公司的前境其實不錯，步入 2007 年更因為中國業務發展理想而被台灣股民一致看好。

"某資訊通路商在中國大陸佈局開花結果，被視為中概股，近期買盤強勁. 該公司去年營收達1436 億元 (新台幣)， EPS 估 2.72 元，其中約有 47% 營收來自於中國大陸，台灣降至 37%，其他澳洲與泰國分別佔 10%、6%，因此被視為中國概念股。" 資料來自 Yahoo TW.

也希望上級明白，如果我選擇留下，是希望在喜歡的工作中找到自己長遠的 career，但這並不代表我沒 bargaining power。作為是市場部的一員，和對工作中接觸到的每一件產品一樣，我對自己的市場定位和價值，其實心裡有數。我們為公司拼了這 47% 回來，也希望公司能讓我們看到和努力成正比的誠意。無論是晉升機會或是薪酬調整，就當是在這熾熱的就業市場中留住盡責的員工也不為過吧?

to find reasons (or excuses?!) for your staying decision, is just becoz you don't want to/dare to leave?

accept the fact/truth, don't be fool by the same trick more than once, the fact is that things didn't go along your expectations and it will not probably in the future, why staying in the problems and ask for solutions?

唔放手, 又點會得到更多?

not asking u to leave, i am neutral, just don't be blind for your own "beliefs" / "plan" when it somehow violate/contradict with the reality
